ABCDE FU
Created in the spirit of the stupidity of hallmark holidays like Valentine's Day, artist Tiffany Lavender says the blue-gray skin of the subject represents being dead inside, while the candy conversation heart reads "FU", signifying the frustration surrounding failed relationships.
Ambien Fairy
Artist Tiffany Lavender says of this piece: "I used to take Ambien to help me fall asleep, and typically it just made me pass right out but sometimes I would wake up to emails saying I've bought random things like $300 worth of fake diamond rings. And just one time I woke up to this piece of art I created on my tablet in that Ambien state of mind. At first I thought it was just pretty funny, but then I realized the significance of how it feels to have to be medicated to be able to sleep. It's frustrating, but actually getting sleep is a short moment of bliss."

Creations of Conscious Part 1
Creation of Conscious Part I is about the out-of-body self, our higher-self, being carried by ideas. The part of a person that is the person without all the titles the body carries, without all of the restrictions the body puts on the self for whatever reason.
I see ideas carrying this part of ourselves because ideas themselves are disembodied consciousness, flying around looking for someone to nurture them. These ideas and out-of-body self are reaching for the body to create consciousness.
Creations of Conscious Part 2
Creation of Conscious Part II is about the bodied self. The part of a person that is shaped by experiences and surroundings. Not often does this body rest, but when it does, when it is relaxed and open, it is able to receive from the out-of-body self to create consciousness.

Let Freedom Nip
"People have got to get over femme-presenting-people having nipples. Not everyone wants to constantly wear bras, just because they'll be labeled as unprofessional, or as someone seeking attention. It is an important message to me because it is really unfair that if you remove the person and showcased a photo of different nipples, who would know which ones are illegal? It is an attack on women." -Artist Tiffany Lavender
